While we are a newly established law firm, our lawyers and staff have been servicing the areas of Vaughan, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Barrie, Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Hamilton, and Brantford to name a few, for many years prior to its inception.

KEVIN G. CASPERSZ
MANAGING PARTNER
Kevin G. Caspersz completed his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology in 2000 at Queen’s University, Kingston, and completed his Juris Doctorate in 2004 at Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Kevin's background provides a foundation for understanding the effects clients can experience when dealing with family law issues and how to help his clients navigate those issues.
LISA CHEGINI
MANAGING PARTNER
Lisa Chegini completed her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Contemporary Studies in 2011 at Wilfrid Laurier University, and completed her Juris Doctorate in 2016 at Florida Coastal School of Law.
Lisa has extensive litigation experience having argued a variety of issues in both the Superior and Ontario Court of Justice, including various motions and trial.
